WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor subdivision on December 12,1994; and recommended unanimously that a minor subdivision be granted as well as a variance for lot ratio the hardship being the topography of the land; and WHEREAS, the babe Elmo City Council reviewed the recommendations of the Planning Commission at its meeting held on December 20, 1994, and has determined that the application for a minor subdivision is in compliance with the regulations of the City.
