City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 94- 32 <br />A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to <br />Victor and Jean Masanz and Louis Walsh <br />Whereas, Victor and Jean Masanz and Louis Walsh made application to the City of <br />Lake Eli-no for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code of the following described parcel of land: to wit: <br />Lot 7, Block 1 "The Forest" <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the <br />request for a minor subdivision at its November 28, 1994 meeting and unanimously <br />recommended its approval; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED that based upon the favorable recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission, a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision <br />shall result in the following described parcels: <br />Parcel A <br />All that part of Lot 7, Block 1, The Forest according to the plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies westerly and <br />southwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 7, <br />Block 1; thence northwesterly to a point on the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, distant 95.85 <br />feet west of the northeast corner thereof, as measured along the north line of said Lot 7, Block <br />1, and said described line there terminating. Subject to Easements of Record. <br />Parcel B <br />All that part of Lot 7, Block 1, The Forest according to the plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies easterly and <br />northeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 7, <br />Block 1, thence northwesterly to a point on the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, distant 95.85 <br />feet west of the northeast corner thereof, as measured along the north line of said Lot 7, Block <br />1, and said described line there terminating. Subject to Easements of Record. <br />Be it further resolved that said minor subdivision is granted based on the following <br />condition: <br />1. Parcel B and Lot 6, Block 1 The Forest be combined into one parcel. <br />
