NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED that based upon the favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission, a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels: FRAN & MARY POTT (Torrens Property) That part of Lot 5, Block 3, LAKE ELMO PARK, according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence South 00 degrees 59 minutes 13 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 5 a distance of 502.15 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North 63 degrees 41 minutes 42 seconds West along the southerly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 225.05 feet to the southwest corner of the tract described in Certificate of Title No. 10675, as recorded and on file in the office of the Registrar of Title, Washington County, Minnesota; thence North 00 degrees 59 minutes 13 seconds West along the west line of said tract 145.88 feet to the northwest corner of said tract; thence North 05 degrees 50 minutes 07 seconds West 186.48 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 5 distant 226.00 feet westerly of said northeast corner of Lot 5, as measured along said north line; thence North 71 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East along said north line 226.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.96 acres, more or less.
