Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2; thence South 01 degree 06 Wnutes 32 <br />seconds East assumed bearing, along the east lime of said Lot 2 a distance of 255.90 feet to <br />the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1, Downs Lake Estates 2nd Addition according to the plat <br />on file In said office of the County Recorder and the point of beginning of the line to be <br />described; thence North 35 degrees 26 minutes 17 seconds hest 114.32 feet to the west line of <br />said Lot 2, Block 1, Downs Lake Estates and said line there terminate. The area of said <br />parcel is 1.50 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to a drainage and utility easements of record on said plat, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is conditioned as follows: <br />1, Owner of Lot 5, Black 1 Downs Lake Estates shall obtain the necessary driveway permit <br />from the City of Lake Elmo. <br />2.
