ITS' OF LAKE EL MO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 95 -46 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION T STEVEN & LINDA KALLEVANG AND ROBERT AND JUDITH TAVER A WHEREAS, Robert Taverna made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land: PARCEL A (Existing Kallevang parcel) All that part of the NW% of the SW'4 of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Village of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, lying North of the centerline of Stillwater Lane North (formerly Minn. Hwy. No. 212); excepting therefrom the East 461.2 feet thereof, the best 385 feet thereof , and the West 25.0 feet of the East 486.2 feet of said NW', of the SW-1, lying South of the North 454.1 feet thereof; containing 8.2 acres, more or less, and subject to a 33 foot right of way easement lying immediately North of and all along the Centerline of Stillwater Lane. PARCEL b (Existing Taverna parcel) All that part of the ?northwest Quarter of Southwest {quarter (NW14 of SW!�) of Section Fourteen (14), Township number Twenty -nine (29) North, Range Twenty - one (21) West, described as follows: A parcel of land lying north of the center line of Minnesota Trunk. Highway No. 212 as at present located and being the west seventy-five (W. 75) feet of the East four hundred sixty -one and two- tenths feet (2.461.2), except the north four hundred fifty -four a-,-,d one- tenths feet (454.1) , containing ap- proximately one -half acres (� acre). and A. parcel of land lying north of the center lire of old Minnesota Trunk High- way Dumber 212 as of original location, and being the east Twenty -five (25) feet of the west One Hundred (100) feet of the east four hundred sixty -one and two - tenths feet (461°2) ft., except the north four hundred fifty -four and one - tenth feet (454.1 ft.), containing approximately one -sixth (1/6) acre. and A parcel of land lying north of the center line of Ylinnesota Trunk Highway No. 212, as at present located and being the west twenty -five (25) feet of the east four hundred and eighty -six and two- tenths (E.486.2) feet, except the north four hundred and fifty -four and ones- tenth (N.454.1) feet, containing approximately on.e- si3�th (1.6) acre.
