Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of the North 341.62 feet of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence easterly along the southerly line of said North 341.62 feet a distance of 606.63 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of the East 711.82 feet of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along said westerly line 620.93 feet, more or less, to the southerly fine of the North 962.55 feet of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence easterly along said southerly line 711,82 feet, more or less, to the easterly fine of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along said easterly line 1670.25 feet, more or less, to the southeast comer thereof, thence westerly along the southerly line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter 1315.60 feet, more or less, to the southwest comer thereof, thence northerly along the westerly line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter 2291.57 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the North 147 feet of the South 187 feet of the West 3' ) 1.33 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, heretofore platted as EDER PINE RIDGE ACRES.
