WFIEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered and recommended approval of the request for a minor subdivision on July 16, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its August 5, 1996, meeting, reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and has determined that the application for a minor subdivision is in compliance with the regulations of the City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels:
