City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 96- 26 <br />A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision (Lot -Line Adjustment) <br />to Mark Ashby <br />WHEREAS, Mark Ashby has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision <br />(Lot Line Adjustment) pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following <br />described parcel of land; to wit: <br />Lot 10, Block 2 Beaut Crest Estates <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor subdivision <br />at its August 26, 1996, meeting and unanimously recommended its approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the favorable recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the <br />following described parcels. <br />Parcel A <br />Lot 10, Block 2, BEAUT CREST ESTATES, Washington County, Minnesota except that part <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 10; thence South 0° 7' 39" West, assumed <br />bearing along an easterly line of said Lot 10 a distance of 162.50 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the property to be described; thence North 89° 40' 49" East 150.06 feet to an easterly line of said <br />Lot 10; thence South 0° 7' 39" West along last described easterly line 15999 feet; thence South <br />89° 40'48" West 150.06 feet to its intersection with a line that bears South 0° 7'39" West from <br />the point of beginning; thence North 0° 07' 39" East 159.99 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Parcel B <br />That part of Lot 10, Block 2, BEAUT CREST ESTATES, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 10; thence South 0° 7' 39" West, assumed <br />bearing along an easterly line of said Lot 10 a distance of I62.50 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the property to be described; thence North 89° 40'49" East 150.06 feet to an easterly line of said <br />Lot 10; thence South 0° 7' 39" West along last described easterly line 159.99 feet; thence South <br />89° 40' 48" West 150.06 feet to its intersection with a line that bears South 0° 7' 39" West from <br />the point of beginning; thence North 01 0739" East 159.99 feet to the point of beginning. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) is granted based <br />on the following conditions: <br />1. No park dedication fee is required because a new lot has not <br />been created with this minor subdivision. <br />
