City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 96- 43 <br />A Resolution Supporting the Designation of County Road 17B, <br />from 20th Street to CSAH 10 (10th Street) as a County State Aid Highway <br />WHEREAS, the Washington County Board did adopt resolutions on August 6, <br />1996, locating, establishing, designating and numbering the County State Aid Highway <br />System of Washington County, and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes certain County State Aid <br />Highways within the corporate limits of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo requests that the City be part of the design <br />process if this section of County Road 17 is planned for reconstruction. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council that <br />the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br />a part thereof, locating or establishing the County State Aid Highway system within the <br />City limits is in all things approved. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17th day of December, 1996. <br />gJ ,I ayor <br />Attest: <br />�. <br />Mary Kueffner, C ' lerk/Administrator <br />Certification <br />I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed, <br />adopted and approved by the Lake Elmo City Council on December 17, 1996. <br />Mary Kueffner, Clerk/Administrator <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />
