City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 97- 31 <br />A Resolution Setting Fees For <br />Alcoholic Beverage Licenses Pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 1200 <br />Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its <br />February 18, 1997, meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 12, Section 1200.05 empowers the Council to set the fees for Alcoholic <br />Beverage Licenses by a resolution approved by a majority of the Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following Alcoholic <br />Beverage Licenses fees: <br />1. Club On Sale Intoxicating: $100 per year <br />2. Off Sale Intoxicating: $200 per year <br />3. Off Sale Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor: $150 per year <br />4. On Sale Intoxicating: $1500 per year <br />5. On Sale Investigation: $3501 <br />6. On Sale Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor $ I00 per year <br />7. On Sale Sunday Intoxicating $200 per year <br />8. Temporary Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor $25 per eventz <br />9.
