CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON <br />REA SOLUTION NO. 97-33 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFIED FINAL PLAT <br />OF FIELDS OF ST. CROIX <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of "FIELDS OF <br />ST. CROIX" at its February 10, 1997 meeting and recommended on a 4 -3 vote its approval, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a modified preliminary plat of <br />"FIELDS OF ST. CROIX" at its May 12, 1997, meeting and recommended on a 4 -3 vote its approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the preliminary plat and plan <br />of FIELDS OF ST. CROIX on February 18, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the fmal plat of the "FIELDS OF ST. <br />CROIX" at its May 20, 1997, meeting, upon determining its consistency with the preliminary plat approved <br />on February 18, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council postponed action on the preliminary plat and final plat <br />of the modification until its June 3, 1997, meeting so that all council members could be present; and <br />WHEREAS, the modified final plat of FIELDS OF ST. CROIX presented to the City Council <br />conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance as noted in Resolution 97 -23 adopted by <br />the City Council on May 20, 1997. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve <br />and accept the modified final plat of FIELDS OF ST.
