City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 97- 36 <br />A Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering Preparation of Report <br />For the Petitioned Improvement of Janero Avenue, <br />from 31St Street on the worth, and to the end of Street on the South <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />I. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Janero Avenue, from 3 1St Street on <br />the North, and to the dead end on the South, filed with the Council on June 25, 1997, <br />is declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Tom Prew, the City' Consulting Engineer, and that <br />person is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 1St day of July 1997. <br />PF <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />
