City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 97- 39 <br />A Resolution Accepting Bid for 1997 Crack Sealing <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1997 Crack Seating, bids were <br />received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying <br />with the advertisement: <br />Bergman Companies $12,900.00 <br />Astech Corp. $18,450.00 <br />Allied Blacktop $19,984.50 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Bergman Companies is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL: <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Bergman Companies in the name of the City of Lake Elmo for the 1997 <br />Crack Sealing Improvements according to the plans and specifications therefor <br />approved. by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br />2.
