CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 98-40 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 98 -28 ADOPTED BY THE <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 5, 1998 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno City Council adopted Resolution 98 -28 on May 5, 1998, ordering the <br />improvement, preparation of plans and approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for <br />bids for the 1998 Overlay Project; and <br />WHEREAS, at it's July 2, 1998, meeting, the Council took action to postpone the overlay of Hill <br />Trail N until a such time as the water concerns in that area have been addressed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 98 -28 is hereby amended by removing <br />HiI1 Trail North from the 1998 Overlay Project. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of July 1998. <br />Wyn John <br />Attest: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />
