City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution No. 98 -43 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO DON AND BONNIE i£LATT WHEREAS, Don and Bonnie Klatt have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land; to wit: Lot 1, Block 1, The Fields of St. Croix commonly known as 11825 50`h Street North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its July 20, 1998 meeting and recommended, unanimously, that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted, by the City Council, to Don and Bonnie Klatt, resulting in the following described parcels: PARCEL A: That part of Lot 1, Block 1, THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota lying westerly of the East 149.00 feet thereof. Subject to a drainage and utility easement over the East 5.00 feet thereof. PARCEL B: The East 149.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to a drainage and utility easement over the West 5.00 feet thereof.. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The orientation and access to the future home on Parcel B to be south towards Lilac Way North. 2. Parcel B not be issued a building permit until shown if Parcel B is covered under the restrictive covenants of the Fields of St. Croix.
