CITE' OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 -48 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN <br />FOR ZINTL PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the concept plan of the <br />Zintl property at its June 8, 1998 meeting and made NO recommendation to the City Council, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the concept plan of the Zintl property presented to the City Council <br />conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Concept Plan of the Zind property as the same as on file with the <br />City Administrator based upon the following findings: <br />The Concept Plan is consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />The Concept Plan is consistent with the purpose of the Open Space Preservation District. <br />The Concept Plan complies with the development standards. <br />The Concept Plan preserves the required open space. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the following items shall be <br />submitted prior to the development stage plan: <br />1. Reconfiguring of the southern portion of the road into a cul -de -sac with continuing <br />dedication of right -of -way to the south property line. <br />2. Landscape areas where there are currently no trees, <br />3. Determination of land dedication or money in -lieu, thereof, at the time of Preliminary <br />Plat review, <br />4.
