CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-68 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING TIME FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE <br />1990 LADE ELM.O COMPREHENSI`V'E PLAN RELATING TO <br />AREAS CLASSIFIED OP (Open Space Development) <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 23, 1998, <br />to consider a City - initiated request to amend the Land Use Plan classifications for areas classified OP <br />(Open Space Development); and <br />WHEREAS, at its November 23, 1998 meeting, the Planning Commission, on a majority vote, <br />recommended that the City Council adopt the Land Use Plan classifications set forth in Attachment A; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Ehno Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended, as recommended by the Planning Commission subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
