WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50 <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO RELEASE <br />D RECORDING <br />OF <br />FARM ESTATES 2 ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the Final .Plat of TAMARACK FARM <br />ESTATES 2"d ADDITION by Resolution No. 99-.41 on August 1.7, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said approval was subject to conditions to be satisfied prior to release and recording <br />of Final Plat documents by the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Final Plat mylars and certified copy of <br />Resolution No. 99- shall be released by the City to the developer only upon compliance with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All applicable conditions of the August 19, 1997 OP Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit <br />approvals are complied with. <br />2. Ownership of Outlot A shall be the Tamarack Homeowners Association or such other entity as <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br />3.
