CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 99-55 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO <br />GEORGE KRUEGER <br />WHEREAS, George Krueger has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor <br />subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel <br />of land; to wit: <br />And <br />PARCEL A: (George Krueger Parcel, 11491 N. 50"' Street) <br />The North 1591.22 feet of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. Containing <br />12.00 acres, more or less, subject to the right -of -way of 50'h Street North along the northerly line <br />thereof. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />PARCEL B: (Reid Gilbertson Parcel, 11421 N. 50`h Street) <br />All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter lying <br />southerly of the North 1591.22 feet thereof; The West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter; and the South Half of the West Half of the East.Half.of the Northwest Quarter, <br />all in Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Containing 47.71 acres, more or less, subject to the right -of -way of 50'h Street North along the <br />northerly line of said West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter. <br />Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at <br />its September 13, 1999 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the <br />City Council to George Krueger, resulting in the following described parcels: <br />PARCEL A: (Proposed George Krueger Parcel) <br />All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying northerly of the following <br />described line, to wit: <br />Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said Northwest Quarter of Section 12, thence South 01 degree <br />04 minutes 04 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the easterly line thereof, 1348.03 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the line being described; thence South 88 degrees 14 minutes 05 seconds West, along the line <br />being described, 213.74 feet; thence North 52 degrees 1 i minutes 04 seconds West, along the line being <br />described, 147.60 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said East Half of the East Half of the East Half <br />of the Northwest Quarter and said line being described there terminate. Parcel contains 10.04 acres, more <br />or less, Subject to the right -of -way of North 50th Street along the northerly line thereof.
