CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -58 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TANA RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary Plat of Tana Ridge at <br />its September 13, 1999 meeting and recommended approval to the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby - approve <br />and accept the Preliminary Plat of Tana Ridge as the same as on file with the City Administrator based <br />upon the following findings: <br />1. Subject to the comments of the City Engineer the plans submitted appear to substantially <br />comply with the submission requirements and design standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) <br />and/or the OP design standards, as applicable. <br />FURTHER, and subject to the following condition; <br />1.
