WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the application at its <br />October 25, 1999 meeting and recommended that the Minor Subdivision be denied based on <br />the following finding: <br />1. The requested Minor Subdivision will result in a Parcel of 22 acres which is inconsistent with <br />the minimum parcel size requirements of 40 acres specified by an existing Conditional Use <br />Permit applying to the parcel. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the Minor Subdivision application on <br />November 2, 1999, <br />NOW, THERERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a Minor Subdivision is hereby denied to Terry <br />Emerson and Trans City Investments based on the finding of the Planning Commission. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 2nd day'yof.November 1999. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: , <br />Mary�uefttr, City A ffimistrator <br />
