CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-90 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />MEYER'S PINERIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of <br />"MEYER'S PINERIDGE" on October 13, 1999 and unanimously recommended its approval, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the <br />preliminary plat and plan of "MEYER'S PINERIDGE" on November 19, 1999, <br />WHEREAS, the final plat of "MEYER'S PINER EDGE" presented to the City Council <br />conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance and Subdivision. Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the final plat of "MEYER'S PINERIDGE" as the same as on file with <br />the City Administrator subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The City will accept a fee in lieu of park dedication. <br />2. The storm water detention facilities, drainage areas, and ponds and grading plan <br />shall comply with recommendations by the Valley Branch Watershed District <br />L_Ci —,f E <br />and tttc �iy ligiiiccr. <br />3. Permanent easements for Outlots A, B, C, D and E of " Meyer's Pineridge" shall <br />be conveyed to the City and /or a qualified land trust , where accepted, on forms <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br />4. All comments from the City Engineer and City Attorney shall be incorporated <br />into these "Conditions of Approval." - <br />5. Compliance with the performance standard for Open Space Residential <br />Developments specified by Chapter 300 of the Lake Elmo City Code. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City would not execute. the Final Plat for <br />Meyer's Pineridge until the above conditions have been met. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of December, 1999. <br />Lee Hunt, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary V eff . , City A Y'dnistrator <br />
