CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 91 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR JOE BUSH <br />WHEREAS, at its December 1, 1999 meeting, the Lake Elmo Village Commission considered the site <br />plan for Joe Bush for structural and site improvements to Lots 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block 3 Cloverdale <br />Addition (The "East Parcel "); and Lot 31 and part of Lot 32, County Auditor's Plat No. 8, and was <br />generally supportive of the applicant's direction regarding architectural design of the renovation; and <br />WHEREAS, at its December 10, 1999 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered a site <br />plan review of structural and site improvements for structure located north of Upper 33`d Street, between <br />Lake Elmo Avenue and Laverne Avenue and commonly known as Meyer's Hardware; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission recommended approval of the site plan for Joe Bush <br />for structural and site improvements; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Applicant submission of a complete landscape plan and landscape improvement cost estimate. <br />2. Compliance with Section 520 requirements regarding site development security. <br />3. Parking lot lighting shall not be installed prior to staff review and approval of plans for such <br />lighting in compliance with Section 1350 of the City Code. <br />4. The applicant of a Valley Branch Watershed District Permit shall commence no site paving until <br />receipt. <br />5. Legal combination of tax parcels 0054, 0055, and 0025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby <br />approve the structural and site improvements; as submitted by Joe Bush, based on the recommendation of <br />the Lake Elmo Village Commission and Planning Commission, and based on compliance with the <br />conditions of the Planning Commission. <br />ADOPTED., by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of December, 1999. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />n <br />Mary KAhekri,, ity Admin' for <br />\ <br />
