RESOLUTION 99-27 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WATERS RAY <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary <br />plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Bay, at its February 8, 1999 meeting <br />and recommended approval to the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has approved the <br />preliminary plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Ray, on February 1.6, <br />1999; <br />WHEREAS, the Cite Council of the City of Lake Elmo reviewed the Final <br />Plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Bay, at its meeting on April 6, 1999 <br />and April 20,1999; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of Waters Bay, as conditioned by <br />EXHIBIT A, signed by the City Planner° on April 20, 1999, the same as on file with <br />the City Administrator based on the following finding: <br />1.
