12- OI City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution No. 2000-030 A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to Kelly Schmidt WHEREAS, Kelly Schmidt has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a manor subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land; to wit: Lot 1, Block 1, WATERS BAY WHEREAS, the Labe Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its July 24, 2000 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the City Council to Kelly Schmidt, resulting in the following: PARCEL A: That part of Lot 1, Block One, WATERS BAY, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies northerly of the south 30.00 feet thereof. Ell PARCEL B: That part of Lot 2, Block One, WATERS BAY, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies northerly and northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southeasterly to a point on the south line of said Lot 2 distant 70.00 feet easterly of said southwest corner of Lot 2 and said described line there terminating. and PARCEL C: The south 30.00 feet of Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, all in Block One, WATERS BAY, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 30.00 feet; thence southeasterly to a point on the south line of said Lot 2 distant 70.00 feet easterly of the point of beginning; thence westerly along said south line to the point of beginning.
