City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 2000 - 038 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2000 <br />TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2001 AND <br />SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED BUDGET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Lake Elmo City Council, County of Washington, <br />Minnesota, that the following sums of money be proposed to be levied for the current year, <br />collectible in 2001, upon the taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo for the following <br />purposes: <br />General Fund: $1,427,500 <br />Total Levy $1,427,500 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing for the Proposed Property <br />Taxes for 2001 be held on Thursday, November 30, 2000 at 5:30 P.M. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5`h day of September 2000. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary Ku ffn &I, ity Administrator <br />
