CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WAS14INGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2000- 060 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE DRAFT FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT OF 15TH STREET, FROM CSAH 13 TO THE REGIONAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2000 -45 of the City Council adopted September 19, 2000, a report <br />has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the to the improvement of 1.5"' Street, from CSAH 1.3 to the <br />Regional Park, and a draft of this report was received by the City Council on December 5, 2000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of 15'h Street, from CSAH 13 to <br />the Regional Park, with options identified in the feasibility report and the assessment of <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $141,640.00 for Option I and an estimated cost <br />of $232,412.00 for Option 2. <br />2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 16`x' day of January, 2001, at <br />7:30 PM. at the Lake Elmo City Hall, and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5 "` day of December 2000. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />lk <br />Mar uef�r, Crty A istrator <br />�, <br />
