CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 064 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LAND USE MAP <br />OF THE 2000 -2020 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held Public Hearings on the Land Use Map of <br />the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on February 2 and ld, 2000 and recommended adoption by the City <br />Council on February 20, 2000 (Part) and March 13, 2000 (Part), and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and reviewed the Land Use Map of the <br />2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on December 5, 2000, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE Lake Elmo City Council does hereby <br />approve and adopt the Land Use Map of the 2000 -2020 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan appears as the <br />Draft dated November 30, 2000, subject to the review and comment of the Metropolitan Council as <br />provided for by the Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5"' day of December, 2000. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary K`u�effnCity Admi strator <br />
