Dillon <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. PZ 2000 -66 <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING A SHORELAND STANDARDS VARIANCE <br />James & Robin Dillon - 8190 Hill Trail North <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has reviewed and heard testimony <br />regarding the application of James & Robin Dillon, to vary from the standards of Section 325.06 - <br />Shoreland Standards Subd. 4.A. of the Lake Elmo City Code wit respect to the property described as <br />follows: <br />8190 Hill Trail North <br />WHEREAS, said variance is described as follows: <br />To permit structure setback to ordinary high water mark from less than 100 <br />feet to allow a 66 square foot foyer addition to the existing non - conforming <br />structure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />does hereby make the following findings concerning said variance: <br />The variance complies with the variance standards of Section 300.06 Subd.3 <br />of the City Code. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo Planning Commission hereby <br />approves and issues this order subject to the following conditions: <br />Certification of the continued integrity of the on -site wastewater treatment <br />center. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo Planning Commission this 11" day of December, 2000. <br />l <br />Th mas Armstrong, Chairman <br />Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />EST° <br />ATT <br />�, w <br />aYy Kud ffner; Cit Administrator <br />
