CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 034 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 50TH STREET NORTH <br />FROM STA'T'E HIGHWAY 5 TO LADE ELMO AVENUE <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 15`h day of May, 2001, by the City of Lake Elmo in Washington <br />County. Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City ", WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of 50th Street North from State Highway 5 <br />to Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAH 17) <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expecting Municipal State -Aid Funds on the improvement of this <br />Street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on either side of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as Municipal State -Aid Funds on the improvement of <br />this street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on either side of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State -Aid Street project must therefore <br />be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor <br />vehicles on 50th Street North at all times. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on the 15th day of May, 2001. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary kVeIE e , City A ministrator <br />k" a _ 1 <br />
