NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Laxe .Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve the Preliminary Plat; subject to the folloi9wng conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer. <br />2. Preparation and review /approval by the City of a Developers Agreement and <br />common ownership convenants. <br />3. Modification of the Preliminary Plat to be consistent with the approved <br />Development Stage Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve the Site Plan/Final PUD Plan (Northeast Building /Lot 2 and Common <br />Area/Lot 5; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Incorporation of all amendments and modifications required by the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan recommendation. <br />2. All improvements proposed for Lots 2 and 5 will be completed <br />concurrently, with development security, as required by Section 520, to <br />secure those total improvements. <br />3. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer. <br />4. Exterior structure lighting and parking lot lighting shall be so designed as <br />to not emit more than 1 -foot candle of light intensity on any portion of the <br />site, measured at a point 6 feet above grade level. <br />5.
