CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 049 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TRA.NSPORTATION/UTILITIES/ <br />LAND USE TEXT (SURFACE WATER) ELEMENTS <br />OF THE 2000 -2020 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />-WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the <br />Land Use Plan Text (including Surface Water), Transportation and Utilities elements of <br />the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on June 25, 2001 and recommended adoption by the <br />City Council on June 25,2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has adopted Inventory, Policy, Housing <br />and Land Use Map elements of the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan by Resolutions 2000- <br />062, 2000 -0063, 2000 -064 on December 5, 2000. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and reviewed the Land Use <br />Plan Text (including Surface Water), Transportation and Utilities elements of the 2000- <br />2020 Comprehensive Plan on July 17, 2001; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE Lake EImo City Council <br />does hereby approve and adopt the Land Use Plan Text (including Surface Water); <br />Transportation and Utilities elements of the 2000 -2020 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan, <br />subject to the review and comment of the Metropolitan Council as provided for by the <br />Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of July, 2001. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Auef - , City Administrator <br />
