Krueger Estate <br />WHEREAS, Raymond F. Krueger Estate has made application to the City of Lake EImo for a <br />Minor Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described <br />parcels of land; to wit: <br />Parcel "A" (Existing Raymond F. Krueger Estate): <br />The N`W 1/a of the SE 1/a and the North 20 acres of the SW 1/a of the SE 1 /a, Section <br />11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, EXCEPT: The North 300 feet of the West <br />726 feet of the NW 1/a of the SE 1 /a, Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West <br />{containing 5 acres, more or less); AND EXCEPT: The South 356 feet of the North <br />837 feet of the West 612 feet of the North 60 acres of the W 1/z of the SE 1/ of <br />Section 11, Township 29, Range 21 (containing 5 acres, more or less), subject to <br />rights of the public in the public road bordering said property. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor Subdivision request at its <br />July 23, 2001 meeting and recommended that the Minor Subdivision be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a Minor Subdivision is hereby granted by the <br />City Council to Raymond F. Krueger Estate, resulting in the following: <br />PARCEL "n" (Raymond F. Krueger Estate): <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and all that part of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 11, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit: <br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the North 837.00 feet of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence easterly along the southerly line of said <br />North 837.00 feet a distance of 612.00 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of West <br />612.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence northerly <br />along said easterly line 0.77 feet, more or less, to the centerline of 43rd Street North; <br />thence easterly along said centerline 696.03 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence southerly along said <br />easterly line and along the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter 1142.43 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of the South 658.02 feet of <br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence westerly along said <br />northerly line 1305.95 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence northerly along said westerly line and <br />along the westerly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 1135.62 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />Subject to the right of way of 43rd Street North along the northerly line thereof. <br />Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservation, or restrictions. <br />and <br />PARCEL "C" (to Neil Krueger): <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 west, Washington County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows, to wit: <br />
