CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-056 <br />A Resolution Amending Resolution 2001 -02 Adopted January 2, 2001 <br />Designating Official City Depository, and Authorizing Signatures <br />for Payment of Funds from Lake Elmo Bank <br />WHEREAS, on January 2, 2001 the City Council adopted Resolution 2001 -02 designating the Lake <br />Elmo Bank as the official depository for the funds of the City of Lake Elmo, and authorized signatures for <br />payment of funds from the Lake Elmo Bank; and <br />WHEREAS, Marilyn Banister the City's Deputy Treasurer /Finance Director will retire from service <br />to the City on October 1, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, Terry J. Berg has been appointed by the City Council as the new Deputy <br />Treasurer /Finance Director of the City of Lake Elmo, effective July 16, 2001. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves the <br />following: <br />1- To authorize Terry J.
