CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-80 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR CARRIAGE STATION PROFESSIONAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the <br />preliminary plat, PUD Final Plan for Carriage Homes IX on Lot 15, Carriage <br />Station and recommended denial by the City Council, and M�3 t <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has approved the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan, staff dated June 11, 2001; Preliminary Plat; and <br />PUD Final Plan and Site Plan for Carriage Homes IX on Lot 15, Carriage <br />Station by Resolution No. 2001 -042, on June 19, 2001. <br />WHEREAS, at its September 18, 2001 meeting, the Lake Elmo City <br />Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Carriage <br />Station Professional Park. <br />NOW, T'HEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City <br />Council does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for CARRIAGE STATION PROFESSIONAL PARK as the <br />same as on file with the City Administrator based on the following <br />condition: <br />1.
