CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 81 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING EXISTNG PLATTED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN LOT" 15, CARRIAGE STATION <br />WHEREAS, at the June I 91 meeting of the Lake Elmo City Council, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, the Council approved the PUD Development Stage Plan, Preliminary <br />Plat, and the PUD Final Plan and Site Plan for Carriage Homes IX on at 15, Carriage <br />Station, <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plan of Carriage Station included the dedication of a drainage <br />and utility easement along the new property lines. <br />WHEREAS, at a Public Hearing on September 4, 2001 the City Council considered <br />the interest of the public in the vacation of the drainage and utility easements; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the vacation of drainage and utility <br />easements dedicated in the plat of Carriage Station, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, lying within Lot 1.5, Block 1, said Carriage Station. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall prepare a notice of Completion <br />of these proceedings, which shall contain the same of the City, and the identification of the <br />vacation, a statement of the time of completion thereof, and a description of the land <br />affected thereby. Such notice shall be presented to the Washington County Auditor who <br />shall enter the same this transferred record and note upon the instrument over his official <br />signature the words "entered in the transfer records."
