CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -082 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVNG THE SITE PLAN AND PUD FINAL PLAN <br />OF DAVERN II, FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />EAGLE POINT BUSINESS CENTER 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, at its September 0 and September I Ith, 2001 meeting, the City <br />Council reviewed the Section 520 site plan and Final PUD Plan of DaVern II, for Lot 1, <br />Block 1 Eagle Point Business Center 2 °d Addition, <br />WHEREAS, at its September 11, 2001 special meeting, the City Council directed <br />the staff to prepare a resolution of approval for the subject application, incorporating <br />building design modification mandated by the Council majority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan and PUD Final Plan of <br />DaVern 11, for Lot 1, Block 1, Eagle Point Business Center 2nd Addition in accordance <br />with plans Staff dated September 11, 2001, and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Submission and approval by the City Planner of amended exterior lighting <br />plans that are in compliance with Section 1350 of the City Code. <br />2. The steel siding will be replaced by stucco. <br />3. The asphalt shingles will be replaced with standing seam metal roofing. <br />4. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer and City <br />Attorney. <br />5. Payment of Park Dedication Fees -in -Lieu of $15,149.04. <br />6. No Building Permit shall be issued prior to the City receiving evidence of the <br />recording of the Final Plat of Eagle Point Business Park 2nd Addition. <br />7. All structures shall be equipped with fire sprinkler systems. <br />8. All areas of the site not paved, structure footprint or otherwise landscaped <br />shall be sodded and served by permanent in- ground irrigation. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 18 "' day of September, 2001. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Offner, C�tY'�tdministrator <br />
