CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -127 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VOID AND REISSUE OF <br />CLAIM CHECKS <br />WHEREAS, an error in the check date for Claim Numbers 22613 through 22626 and <br />Claim. Numbers 22628 through 22667 in the amount of $102,484.40 was discovered; <br />WHEREAS, Claim .Number 22627 was previously voided and resolved by the Lake <br />Elmo City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and City Administrator were dutifully notified of the check <br />date error immediately upon discovery by the Finance Director; <br />WHEREAS, only one check had been fully executed and that check was retrieved; <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director voided all checks in the batch and reissued new checks <br />with the correct check date; <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Administrator reviewed the void check and check <br />reissue reports before executing the replacement checks and they are attached hereto; <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 22671 through 22724 in the amount of <br />$102,484.40 were issued as replacement checks for the Claims listed above, bearing the correct <br />check date, and are hereby approved. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 19`x' day of November, 2002. <br />op�. <br />Lee Hunt <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kuef <br />City Administr <br />
