CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2002-125 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of SUNFISH PONDS on August 12, 2002, and recommended approval to the City <br />Council and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council previously considered and approved <br />the preliminary plat of SUNFISH PONDS on August 20, 2002 and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of SUNFISH PONDS <br />presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 400 <br />of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of SUNFISH <br />PONDS as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />I . Compliance with the requirements of the City Attorney and City Engineer. <br />2.
