CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-107 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLACEMENT <br />OF STRUCTURE <br />FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE <br />AT 8573 HIDDEN TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code, Ivan Skoog, the property owner has requested approval to place a detached garage <br />in front of the primary structure at 8573 Hidden Bay Trail, in accordance with plans staff <br />dated September 26, 2002, and based on the physical condition of the lot. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Lake Elmo hereby grants permission for construction of a garage in front of the principal <br />structure at 8573 Hidden Bay Trail. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the I" day of October, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt Mayor <br />> Y <br />ATTEST: <br />Mar Kue. ner, Cit dministrator <br />
