CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-079 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />OF BLUESTEM AT FIELDS OF ST. CROIX <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held <br />August 12, 2002, reviewed and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of <br />"Bluestein at Fields of St.Croix ", based on the following finding: <br />I . That the application complies with the standards of Section 400, as applicable. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its August 20, 2002 meeting, <br />reviewed and approved the Preliminary Plat of `Bluestem at Fields of St.Croix ", based on <br />the recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission and the following <br />conditions: <br />Prior approval of the amended Development Stage Plan and CUP Amendment to <br />increase units from 12 to 14, with the staff - recommended condition. <br />2. Compliance with the August 6, 2002 recommendations of the City Engineer, <br />including those portions of the Valley Branch Watershed District August 5, 2002 <br />recommendations concurred in by the City Engineer. <br />3.
