CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 034 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF AN ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE <br />AT 5761 KEATS AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13 Subd. 3I. of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code, Steve Ziertman has requested approval to construct an addition to his existing <br />accessory structure at 5761 Keats Avenue; and said existing accessory structure is 20 feet <br />nearer the front lot line than the principal structure, and therefore non - conforming. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby grants permission for an existing accessory structure at 5761 Keats Avenue to be <br />20 feet nearer the front lot line than the principal structure, as said principal structure <br />existed on May 1, 2002. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7h day of May, 2002. <br />Al <br />ee unt, _. ayor 4�1 <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kuedffner, C�{Administrator <br />
