t'. <br />CITE' OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-032 <br />FA 0 - t it •:; <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2003 Crack Sealing <br />Contract, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Northwest Asphalt Maintenance Inc. $ 6,828.00 <br />Asphalt Surface Technoligies Corp. $11,521.00 <br />Bergman Companies $11,740.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, Northwest Asphalt Maintenance Inc. is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br />f THERFORE, RESOLVED , <br />LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA- <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contact with Northwest Asphalt Maintenance Inc. in the name of the City of <br />Lake Elmo for the 2003 Crack Seal Contract, according to the plan and <br />specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the off>ce <br />of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contact <br />has been signed. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 15 "i day of April, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
