CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-042 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HILL TRAIL AND 50TH STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to reconstruct Hill Trail and 50'' Street and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY <br />COUNCIL, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement identified as Hill Trail and 50`x' Street <br />Reconstruction Project as described in the City Engineer's memo dated <br />May 1, 2003, be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is <br />Instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />Necessary, cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should be made <br />As proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />Estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this btu' day of May, 2003. <br />L. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTE T: <br />i <br />} <br />Charles E.
