CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20033-059 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT OF WHISTLING VALLEY <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of WHISTLING VALLEY on April 14, 2003, and recommended approval to the City <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the <br />preliminary plat of WHISTLING VALLEY on May 6, 2003 and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat, OP Final Plan and Development Agreement of <br />WHISTLING VAL -LEY presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of <br />Section 300 and Section. 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat, OP Plan and Development Agreement of <br />WHISTLING VALLEY as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer for the Waste Water <br />Wetlands Treatment System. <br />2. Placement of "Future Road Extension" signs per approval of the City Planner. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 15t day of July, 2003. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
