West, Washington County, Minnesota; and that <br />part of the east 940.00 feet of the west 1385.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter <br />which lies northerly of the north line of the Chicago Northwestern Railroad, <br />formerly known as the St. Paul, Stillwater and Taylors Falls Railroad. <br />Subject to Trunk Highway 5 along the most southerly line thereof as evidenced by <br />the document recorded in Book 246 of Deeds, page 592, on file and of record in <br />the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota <br />Also, subject to an easement in favor of Northern States Power Company as <br />described in Book 170 of Deeds, page 14, on file and of record is said Office of <br />the County Recorder. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />That part of the west 445.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21.
