CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-034 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK <br />PUD FINAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the Nordquist Sign Company has applied for a permit to install a <br />permanent "directional sign" along Hudson Boulevard, to replace the High Pointe Health <br />Temporary sign that has been located there for several years. <br />WHEREAS, since this sign was not a component of the Eagle Point PUD Master <br />Sign Plan, United Properties has requested an amendment to the Eagle Point PUD Final <br />Plan to include the sign. <br />WHEREAS, at its April 20, 2004 meeting, the City Council reviewed the <br />amendment to the Eagle Point Business Park PUD Final Plan to permit a directional sign <br />to be located on the south side of Hudson Boulevard, <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />approves the amendment to the Eagle Point Business Park PUD Final Plan to permit a <br />directional sign to be located on the south side of Hudson Boulevard, per plans staff dated <br />April 20, 2004, as an addition to the Eagle Point Business Park. Master Sign Plan, subject <br />to the following condition: <br />1.
