CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-056 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF A GARAGE STRUCTURE IN <br />FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE AT 2333 LEGION LANE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code, William Deeb, the property owner has requested approval to place a 26 foot by 34 <br />foot detached garage structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure, <br />in accordance with sketch plan staff dated July 1, 2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Lake Elmo hereby grants permission for construction of a 26 foot by 34 foot detached <br />garage structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure at 2333 Legion <br />Lane, per sketch plan staff dated July 1, 2004. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 6h day of July, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />
