STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO 2004-063 <br />DESIGNATING PRECINCTS AND POLLING LOCATIONS <br />FOR 2004 ELECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is September 14, 2004 and the State <br />General Election is November 2, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 requires the City Council, by ordinance <br />or resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby designates the following precincts and polling places as illustrated on the attached <br />Exhibit "A ": <br />PRECINCT 1: (South of Highway 5) <br />PRECINCT 2: (North of Highway 5) <br />Lake Elmo Fire Station <br />3510 Laverne Avenue N. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Lake Elmo City Hall <br />3800 Laverne Avenue N. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />ADOPTED, by the City Council this 4`" day of August, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />
