CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -071 <br />APPROVING A RESOLUTION OPEN SPACE ; <br />TAPESTRY AT + OGROVE <br />WHEREAS, at its July 12 and August 9, 2004 meetings, the Lake Elmo Planning <br />Commission reviewed the Open Space Concept Plan for Tapestry at Charlotte's Grove, a <br />172 acre site with 67 single family detached tots and 92+ acres of Preserved Open Space, <br />and recommended approval to the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Open Space Concept Plan for Tapestry at Charlotte's <br />Grove, located at Julep Avenue N. and 45" Street N., for 67single family detached lots, <br />as staff -dated August 5, 2004, based upon the following findings <br />1. The Concept Plan is generally consistent with the goals, objectives and <br />policies of the Comprehensive Plan, as reflected by the Zoning Ordinance. <br />2. The Concept Plan is consistent with the purpose of the Open Space <br />Preservation Ordinance. <br />3. The Concept Plan generally complies with the development standards of the <br />Open pace Preservation Ordinance. <br />ADOPTION, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of August 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />n rr'r� c rr. <br />
